Our lodge has a gorgeous surrounding view of the ranch, including a patio that's the best place for a sunset dinner.... with game meat quesadillas and margarita appetizers of course! The interior of our lodge has a seating area complete with a burning fireplace and elegant dining table. With our marble floors and solid wood furniture, you will be in the perfect atmosphere to relax after a successful hunt. At night we meet around our silver screen to watch the pictures of the day and to play the latest version of Laser Shot Games.

Our chef will prepare three meals a day, catering to your specific preferences (Health, Diet, Taste, etc.). This includes international cuisine with a South-of-the-Border flair! We offer soft drinks, beer and wine during meals. Appetizers and margaritas are served at sunset and we have an open bar after hunting hours.

Our three guesthouses (decorated similar to the lodge) have an indoor patio with solid-wood furniture and a mini-fridge for your convenience. Each guesthouse comes complete with two bedrooms, each having their individual bathrooms and closets. Our bedrooms have 1 king size bed or 2 twin beds, with some rooms having 1 queen size bed with 1 twin. We offer all bathroom amenities and our maid will provide you with fresh towels.   

The lodge and the guesthouses are located on their own hill, situated in the middle of the ranch bordered by Lake Amistad and the Devils River. We are located 25 miles away from Del Rio, the Rio Grande and Mexico. Your daily rate provides you with a private room and private bathroom, all amenities, maid services, meals and drinks.

OTHER LODGING DAILY RATES:

• Just the Room Rate: $135 per room per night, double occupancy rate. Rate covers your room; no services are included but they can be added.
• Room and Meals Rate: $135 per guest per night. Rate covers your room, some maid services and 3 meals prepared by our chef (1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner). No alcohol or soft drinks are included. Extra services may be added.
• Meal Rates: Rates: Rates are per guest and can be used if you choose to add meals to your stay or to your special event at the lodge. These rates do not include alcohol, soft drinks or appetizers before dinner. However, beer, wines, full bar, and appetizers can be added at a per guest rate.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE:

• Rent the Ranch Rate: $1600 per Day.   This rate reserves you the entire ranch for your private use, and you are assured that no other guests will be there at the same time. This will give you access to the lodge and the guesthouses, as well as the ranch land. You may use some of the equipment, such as the shooting ranges.
• Rent The Lodge Rates:   The rates below give you access to the lodge to use for a private party such as a wedding, business meeting, cocktail party, family reunion, etc.. These rates apply if you take care of the details and Indianhead provides only the lodge. If Indianhead organizes everything for your event, than these rates are waived. Our lodge can accommodate up to 150 guests in a buffet style setting using the indoor room and the outdoor patio with a tent and the lawn. If you are thinking about a seated dinner, we can seat about 70-80 guests inside the lodge and serve the appetizers outside. If you want an indoor party, a seated dinner maximum guest occupancy is 40, however if it is an indoor cocktail party 50-60 guests is acceptable.

       Lodge Rental Rates:

• $800 for a day
• $400 for half a day
• $200 for a three hours (business meeting or cocktail party)

• Need more Rooms? For the same daily fee of $200 a night, we can reserve some additional rooms to suit your party at a nearby hotel in Del Rio. For these guests, Indianhead Ranch will provide private transportation to and from the ranch.
