Your hunt balance is due prior to your departure from Indianhead Ranch. The ranch accepts US Dollars, Travelers Checks, Master Card, Visa and American Express. Personal or company checks are accepted at the ranch managements' discretion.
Reservations:
Your dates are confirmed upon receipt of $500 non-refundable deposit per hunter. The deposit is made to Indianhead Expeditions via check, wire transfer or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, & American Express plus a 3.5% credit card fee).
CANCELLATION: If your trip is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival, your deposits are forfeited. If you cancel your hunt more than 30 days we will reschedule your dates and transfer your non-refundable deposits.
