The Lodge and the Guesthouses are located on their own Hill, situated in the middle of the Ranch bordered by Lake Amistad and the Devils River, few miles away from Del Rio, the Rio Grande and Mexico. Your Daily Rate provides you with a Private Room and Private Bathroom, all Amenities, Maid Services, Meals and Drinks.

The Lodge has a surrounded view of the Ranch and it's patio is the favorite place for a sunset time with game meat quesadillas and Margarita appetizers. The inside of the Lodge has a seatting area with a fireplace and a dining area. All the floors are marble and the furniture in solid wood. At night we can pull our silver screen to watch the pictures of the day and to play the latest version of the Laser Shot Games.

Our Chef will prepare 3 meals a day to your specifics (Health, Diet, Taste, . . .) of International Cuisine with a South of the Border flair. We offer soft drinks, beer and wines during meals, Appetizers and Margaritas at Sunset and we have an Open Bar after Hunting Hours.

The 3 guesthouses have indoor patio with furniture and a mini fridge for your convenience. Each guesthouse has two bedrooms with each their own bathrooms and walking closets. The bedrooms have 1 king size bed or 2 twin beds and some rooms have 1 queen size bed with 1 t win. We offer all the amenities in the bathroom and the Maid wil provide you with fresh towels.

OTHER LODGING DAILY RATES:

• Just the Room Rate: $135 per Room per Night, Double Occupancy Rate. That rate covers your room,  no services are included but can be added.
• Room and Meals Rate: $135 per Guest per Night. That rate covers your room, some maid services and 3 meals prepapred by our Chef (1 breakfast, 1 lunch, 1 dinner) no alcohol, no soft drinks. Extra services can be added.
• Meal Rates: These rates are per Guests and can be used if you want to add meals to your stay or to your special event at the Lodge. Theses rates do not include alcohol, soft drinks or Appetizers before Dinner. But Beer, wines, full bar, appetizers can be added at a per Guests Rate.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AVAILABLE:

• Rent the Ranch Rate: $1600 per Day    This rate reserve you the entire Ranch for your Private use and assure yourself that no other guests will be there at the same time. This will give you access to the Lodge and the Guesthouses and well as the Ranch Land. You can use some of the equipment of the Ranch like the shooting ranges. If you needed to use some extra equipment or if you needed some guides or staff we could organize it.
• Rent The Lodge Rates:   Those rates give you access to the Lodge to use for a private party like a wedding, a business meeting, a cocktail, a family reunion or any event you want to plan at the Lodge. These rates apply if you take care of everything and Indianhead provides the Lodge. If Indianhead organizes everything for your event than these rates are waived. The Lodge can accommodate up to 150 guests in a buffet style party using the indoor room and the outdoor patio with a tent and the lawn. If you are thinking about a seated dinner we can seat about 70 to 80 guests inside the Lodge and serve the appetizers outside. If you want an indoor only seated dinner 40 is a good number; but if it is more like an indoor cocktail party 50 to 60 guests is fine. Of course it all depends on the set up you desire and on the time of the year! The Lodge Rental Rates are:

  • $400 for Half a Day
  • $200 for a Couple of Hours like a Business Meeting or Cocktail Party.

• Need more Rooms? For the same daily fee of $200 a night, we can reserve some additional rooms to suit your party at a nearby hotel in Del Rio. For these guests, Indianhead Ranch will provide private transportation from and to the Ranch.
