RESERVATIONS:
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of $500 non-refundable deposit per hunter, $200 per Non-Hunter, $90 per Junior. Reservation for White-Tailed Package: Deposit of $500 to reserve. Confirmation with $900 before September 15, 2008 - Buck Trade-in Value $1100.
PAYMENT:
Your Hunt balance is due prior to your departure. We accept US Dollars, Travelers Checks, Master Card, Visa and American Express. Personal or Company checks are accepted at the Ranch Managements' discretion.
CANCELLATION:
If your trip is cancelled less than 30 days prior to Arrival, your deposits are forfeited. If you cancel your hunt more than 30 days we will reschedule your dates and transfer your non-refundable deposits.
For WT Package: Cancellation After the 30th of September, your Deposit is forfeited, before it is transferred.
