South Texas Whitetail Deer
Indianhead Guides will take you to south Texas to hunt Deer on our Partner Ranch near Cotulla, in LaSalle County, 1h45 minutes South of San Antonio.
The Hunts for these Management Deer are guided on a 4500 acre high fenced Ranch and done mostly out of blinds and by rattling. The Management Hunts consist of an all inclusive 3 day-hunt for 1 Management Buck guided by a Professional hunter, Lodging, Meals, Field Dressing, Skinning and Cold Storage of your trophy and meat.
The Pricing for the management hunt is $2750 up to 135 Boone & Crockett Points, an Additional $100 per B&C Point is added for Deer scoring more than 135. The average trophy is in between 135 and 145. The price does not include your transportation to and from Cotulla, shipping of the meat or trophy, your license or any non-hunter ($75/day).
The Season is normally the 1st Weekend in November—3rd Weekend in January. Prime time is the whole month of December.
West Texas Whitetail Deer
Indianhead Ranch will take you to West of Indianhead to our Partner Ranch, 1hour from Del Rio, 1h30 from Indianhead.
The Hunts are guided by Indianhead Guides on the 23,000 acre Ranch all under one high fenced Ranch and done mostly out of blinds. The terrain is very similar to the one of Indianhead Ranch. The hunt should be booked for at least 3 days of guiding.
The Pricing is $3500 for bucks up to 135 Boone & Crockett Points, an Additional $100 per B&C Point is added for Deer scoring more than 135. Trip from Del Rio Airport is $130, plus Lodging at $200 per person, per night and Guiding at $200 per guide per day. These prices cover for your lodging and your meals, guiding, 1 Buck, field dressing, skinning and cold storage of your trophy and meat.
